I will spare you the pictures

but another thing that happens this time of year is that I get a case of poison ivy. It usually happens when weed eating the lawn, somewhere there is a small growth of the blasted stuff. Even though I wear long pants, work boots, long socks, wash with yellow soap, somehow, there is always some that make it through the defenses. Got it all over both legs.

Just a right of spring.

Oh big bro...I am soooo sorry. Think you picked that one up from our Dad huh!

Now me.....it (knock knock knock) doesn't seem to affect me.

Me neither! Knock wood, especially since I spend all that time in places where there's poison oak.

Hang in there!

Could have also happened when I was dragging some brush around. It happens every year, but usually only once, so I deal with it.

Got nearly the same reactions to some of the laundry soaps as well. Must be careful not to add too much soap or wash underwear with the towels (we have some white towels). I can tell if the skivvies have been washed wrong in about 8 minutes or less.

Have you heard of Ivy Screen? My SIL Sue has carried it among her "environmental safety equipment" products she sells for years. It's now available commercially - put it on before you go out to prevent it. People, like my bro G who get poison everything swear by it. Must be that the Girls in this family don't - one of the few things I've never had! My condolences. And try rubbing with the inside of a banana peel - Ol'Mr. Betziner next door who was a greeenskeeper for years swore by it. G does, too. Feel better!
